What You'll Be Doing
As a Care & Support Worker, you'll support adults in supported living services to live independently, confidently and safely.
Your role may include:
Providing compassionate support to clients with mental health & wellbeing needs empowering them to fulfilling and independent lives
Supporting our clients with daily living skills and household tasks
Promoting independence, confidence and wellbeing
Supporting our clients to access education, employment and community activities
Assisting with appointments and social outings
Encouraging positive mental and physical health
Maintaining accurate records and care documentation
Working closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the people we support

Essential Requirements
Strong spoken and written English skills
Right to work in the UK
Ability to obtain an Enhanced Adult Workforce DBS Check
Desirable not essential
Health & Social Care Qualification (Level 2 or equivalent)
Previous experience in care, support work or customer-facing roles
Full UK Driving Licence
Access to your own transport for business use
