We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care for a two separate service users with complex needs.

The service users have complex care needs, and experience in Suctioning, PEG feeding, airway management and Manual Handling will be needed. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Complex Care and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those in their care, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while developing valuable skills in Complex Care and more.

You will be working on a full-time rota which will be given to you 3 months in advance, and you will be paid weekly. There are working days and night available on an ongoing basis, as well as continual professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions in accordance with care plans
  • Stoke experience
  • Aiway Management
  • Medication and PEG feeding
  • Manual Handling and Hoist procedures
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clientsExperience
  • Previous experience in Complex Care is essential
  • Knowledge of patient care practices, including medication administration and behaviour management
  • At least 6 months Complex UK care experience
  • Valid driving licence is preferred for this role involving transportation responsibilities
  • Personal Care
