The Role We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide person-centred support in both one-to-one and group settings. You will empower individuals to develop independence, access their community, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals.
Essential Requirements To be considered, applicants must have:
- A minimum of 12 months' UK Support Worker experience
- Experience supporting people with:
- Autism
- Learning disabilities
- Mental health conditions
- Complex needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive and proactive approach to supporting individuals
- Up-to-date mandatory training including:
- Practical & Theory Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration
- All additional mandatory training required by Swanton Care
- Complete Corus Worker Profile
- Valid Enhanced DBS Certificate
- Valid Right to Work documentation
- Enhanced DBS must be renewed every 12 months.
- Workers registered with another supplier must have a current DBS Update Service check or obtain a new Enhanced DBS.
