Pay Rate: £12.71 to 13.50 per hour
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time

Our client is seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals in supported living and community settings. Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs.
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities where required.
- Support individuals to access appointments, social activities, and community services.
- Promote independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion.
- Maintain accurate records and follow support plans.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies at all times.
- Previous experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant.
- Up-to-date mandatory training certificates.
- Practical Moving and Handling training certificate (essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, patient, and professional approach.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends where required.
