Location: Wiltshire
Pay: £13.50 per hour (Days) | £14.50 per hour (Nights) | £60 Sleep-In Rate
We are looking for caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join a supportive team within a 3-bedded residential care home supporting adults aged 66-75.
The service provides specialist support for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Dementia, Neurological Conditions (including Parkinson's Disease), and End-of-Life Care needs.
The Role- Provide high-quality personal care and support
- Assist with moving and handling, including hoisting
- Administer medication safely
- Support residents with social activities and community engagement
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Use de-escalation techniques to support residents when required
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, dementia, neurological conditions, or end-of-life care needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience providing personal care
- Knowledge of moving and handling procedures
- Positive, fun, and compassionate approach to care
- Ability to work well within a team
- Moving & Handling / Hoisting
