Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Hull

We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate Support Workers / Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Hull. You will provide person-centred care and support to individuals, helping them maintain their dignity, independence, safety, and wellbeing.

Key Duties

• Assist with personal care, dressing, washing, toileting, and mobility.
• Support with meals, hydration, medication, and daily activities.
• Provide emotional and social support.
• Monitor and report changes in service users’ wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans.
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Work effectively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Previous care or healthcare experience is desirable but not always essential.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and flexible with shift work.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Satisfactory DBS and employment checks.
