 About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in helping children and young people with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties in a nurturing and safe residential environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing day-to-day care and emotional support in line with individual care plans.

• Supporting children through challenging behaviours with patience and consistency.

• Being a positive role model, promoting independence, life skills, and resilience.

• Collaborating with families, professionals, and your team to achieve the best outcomes.

• Promoting safeguarding and the overall welfare of each young person.
