Pay rate: £19.61 PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)
Job Type: Full time Monday-Friday (Split shifts 7:30am-10:30am and 2:15pm-7:30pm + 3 x 12 hour shifts during the school holidays)
Must: Drive (UK licence – manual or automatic)
Priority Recruitment is excited to present this fulfilling opportunity for an experienced Complex Support Worker in the Morpeth area.

Company and Role:
• Supporting a young boy with cerebral palsy and other complex conditions in his own home
• 2:1 care package including PEG feeding, tracheostomy/ventilation care and full hoisting. He uses a VOCA for his communication
• Supporting with appointments, social activities and daily routines
• Client has a keen interest in sports, football, boxing, golf and attending the Gym
Successful Applicant:
• Previous experience working with adults with complex conditions (e.g. brain injury, cerebral palsy, epilepsy)
• Confident with PEG feeding and tracheostomy & managing unpredictable medical instances
• Must hold a full UK driving licence (manual or automatic) and be confident to drive a WAV
• Excellent communication skills as our client is non verbal

Our advertised PAYE rate includes 12.07% holiday pay. You have full flexibility over how this is paid:
