• A minimum of 12 months' paid experience working within Health & Social Care in the UK
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, professional, and reliable approach to work
• Drivers are preferred but not essential
