Location: Malvern, Worcestershire
Hours: 36 or 48 Hour Permanent Contracts Available

Experienced Support Workers wanted for high-intensity, person-centred care!
PSR Solutions are proud to partner with our client who are recruiting resilient, confident and experienced Support Workers - supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
Working within enhanced 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1 staffing packages, you'll play a vital role in maintaining safety, promoting dignity and helping individuals achieve the best possible outcomes.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Proven experience supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours that challenge.
- Experience managing behavioural escalation, physical aggression and high-risk situations.
- Strong de-escalation skills and a calm, confident approach under pressure.
- Experience following detailed care plans, risk assessments and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans.
- Excellent teamwork, communication and situational awareness.
Experience in learning disabilities, autism, mental health, acquired brain injury or restrictive care environments would be advantageous.
