Support Worker

We are currently looking for reliable and compassionate Support Workers to join our team and work within care home settings.

Requirements:

• ✅ Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant
• ✅ DBS registered on the Updated Service
• ✅ Moving & Handling Practical Training Certificate
• ✅ Right to Work in the UK
• ✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
• ✅ Reliable, caring and professional attitude
• ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting service users with their daily needs
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
• Providing personal care and emotional support where required
• Following care plans and maintaining accurate records
• Ensuring a safe and supportive environment
