1Four1 Recruitment is recruiting Temporary Part-Time Support Workers on behalf of a well-established supported living provider. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced support workers looking for flexible shifts while delivering high-quality, person-centred support to adults with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to adults with complex mental health needs
• Promote independence, confidence and daily living skills
• Support service users with routines, appointments and community activities
• Build positive, professional relationships with the people you support
• Maintain accurate care records and incident reports
• Work closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals
• Follow safeguarding procedures and company policies at all times
• Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming supported living environment

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months' experience working as a Support Worker, Care Assistant or Healthcare Assistant
• Previous experience supporting adults within a care or supported living environment
• Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs is desirable
• Compassionate, reliable and person-centred approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible to work 12-hour day and night shifts (8am–8pm / 8pm–8am)
• Applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK. No sponsorship is available.
