Support Worker – Supported Living

📍 Location: Knutsford, Cheshire
⏰ Hours: Various shifts available, including waking nights
📅 Contract: Shift basis

We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join a supported living service in Knutsford, supporting both male and female adults aged approximately 29–85.

The service supports individuals with a range of needs, and we are looking for experienced, caring and reliable Support Workers who can provide person-centred support and promote independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing person-centred support to service users within a supported living environment

  • Supporting individuals with their daily routines and promoting independence

  • Supporting people with complex needs and varying levels of support

  • Assisting with moving and handling where required

  • Following individual support plans and safeguarding procedures

  • Building positive relationships with service users and colleagues

  • Completing relevant records and documentation

About You

  • Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar care environment

  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs or additional support needs

  • Relevant moving and handling training

  • Enhanced DBS or willingness to complete one

  • Full Right to Work in the UK

A range of shifts are available, including waking nights, and we can offer regular week-by-week work as well as last-minute cover.
