Initial training will be completed on day shifts to help you get to know the people we support, the service and your role.
Rate of Pay
£12.84 per hour, up to £14.34 with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (T’s & C’s apply)
Your Role
Redmond House is a welcoming residential service supporting up to 12 people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, epilepsy and cerebral palsy.
As a Night Support Worker, you’ll provide a safe, calm and supportive environment throughout the night.
You’ll:
- Support people with their individual needs
- Provide reassurance and compassionate care
- Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Respond calmly when support is needed
- Promote dignity, choice and independence
- Ensure people feel safe, respected and valued
You’ll be joining an established and supportive team who genuinely care about the people they support.
Your initial training will take place during the day, giving you the opportunity to build relationships with the team and people we support before moving into your regular night shifts.
You’ll also receive ongoing training and regular supervision to help you build your confidence and develop your career.
