As a Support Worker at our welcoming residential service in Bloxwich, you’ll be part of a team that helps people make choices, learn new skills and enjoy everyday life. No two days are the same, and you’ll see the difference your support makes in the small moments as well as the big achievements.
Location: Bloxwich
Pay: £12.72 per hour
Typical shifts: 8am–3pm / 3pm–10pm
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll provide hands-on, person-centred support to help the people we support live as independently as possible.
Your role could include:
- Supporting with personal care and everyday routines
- Helping people develop new life skills
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Supporting access to the local community
- Getting involved in activities, hobbies and socialising
- Helping people work towards their personal goals
- Providing encouragement and reassurance along the way
