Join a therapeutic children’s home in NG22 supporting young people with complex needs. You’ll work within a small, supportive team, helping to deliver structured care, daily routines, activities, and emotional support. Duties include implementing care plans, maintaining records, household tasks, safeguarding, and promoting positive behaviour.
We’re looking for compassionate, resilient individuals with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Senior roles require previous experience; RCW roles offer full training.
