A 2‑bedroom therapeutic children’s home in Worksop is recruiting a compassionate, resilient individual to help support young people with complex needs. You’ll work within a small, supportive team delivering structured care, daily routines, activities, emotional support and safeguarding.

The role requires a calm, child-centred approach that is rooted in trauma-informed and restorative practice.

Key duties include implementing care plans, maintaining records, supporting therapy, household tasks, and promoting positive behaviour. Senior roles require previous experience; RCW roles offer full training.
