Supported Housing Officer

BDS Recruitment are looking for a Supported Housing Officer to support across Chelsmford and Brentwood within temporary accommodation. This role focuses on tenancy support, property management, and helping vulnerable residents maintain safe and stable accommodation.
Key Duties
- Support tenants with tenancy management and benefit queries
- Complete tenancy sign‑ups and explain rights/responsibilities
- Maximise rent collection and follow arrears procedures
- Signpost to external support services
- General housing management tasks as required
Requirements
- Experience in housing, supported housing, or tenancy support
- Experience with vulnerable adults
- Enhanced DBS (must be on Update Service to be considered )
- Full UK driving licence + own vehicle
Pay & Hours
- £18.76 PAYE / £24.80 Umbrella
- Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
- Ongoing temporary role
