Supported Housing Officer

BDS Recruitment are looking for a Supported Housing Officer to support across Hammersmith within temporary accommodation. This role focuses on tenancy support, property management, and helping vulnerable residents maintain safe and stable accommodation.
Key Duties
- Support tenants with tenancy management and benefit queries
- Complete tenancy sign‑ups and explain rights/responsibilities
- Maximise rent collection and follow arrears procedures
- Signpost to external support services
- General housing management tasks as required
Requirements
- Experience in housing, supported housing, or tenancy support
- Experience with vulnerable adults
- Enhanced DBS (must be on Update Service to be considered )
- Full UK driving licence + own vehicle
Pay & Hours
- £19.75 PAYE / £26.11 Umbrella
- Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
- Ongoing temporary role
