Supported Housing Officer

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable Housing Association seeking a Supported Housing Officer to join their team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents living within supported accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality housing and tenancy management services to residents in supported housing schemes.
• Manage rent accounts and work proactively with customers to sustain successful tenancies.
• Conduct tenancy visits, property inspections, and support plan reviews.
• Build effective relationships with support providers and partner agencies.
• Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns.
• Provide person-centred support to residents with a range of support needs.
• Ensure compliance with housing policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience within housing management and/or supported housing services.
• Experience working with vulnerable residents and individuals requiring additional support.
• Strong understanding of tenancy management and resident engagement.
• Excellent communication and case management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or issued within the last 12 months.
