Help Launch a Brand-New Supported Living ServiceWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supported Living Service Manager and Deputy Supported Living Manager to join a brand-new Supported Living service opening in the Southall / Uxbridge area of West London.
This new service will support adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities and individuals who have experienced homelessness, helping them develop the skills and confidence to live independently within the community.

Supported Living Service Manager Salary: Up to £55,000As the Registered Service Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational and regulatory management of the service.
You will lead the registration process with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), recruit and develop the staff team, build relationships with commissioners and local authorities, and ensure the service delivers outstanding support and achieves excellent regulatory outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Register and manage the service with the CQC.
- Lead the successful mobilisation and launch of the new supported living service.
- Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards and all relevant legislation.
- Oversee safeguarding, governance, quality assurance and risk management.
- Develop person-centred support plans and positive risk management strategies.
- Monitor KPIs, audits, incidents and quality improvement plans.
- Manage budgets, staffing levels and service performance.
- Build excellent relationships with local authorities, NHS professionals, housing providers and external agencies.
- Promote independence, recovery and community integration for the people supported.
We are looking for an experienced manager with a strong background in:
- Supported Living Services
- Mental Health
- Learning Disabilities
- Homeless Services or Housing Support
- Complex Needs
- Community-Based Adult Social Care
You should also have:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Service Manager.
- Experience managing CQC-regulated services.
- Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and adult social care legislation.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
This role is ideal for an experienced Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Leader or Senior Support Worker looking to progress into senior management.
Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will support the day-to-day operation of the service while ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and staff performance.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Registered Manager with all operational responsibilities.
- Supervise, coach and develop support workers.
- Complete supervisions, appraisals and competency assessments.
- Support recruitment, induction and retention of staff.
- Carry out audits and quality monitoring.
- Assist with rota management and staffing.
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed.
- Support positive behaviour support and person-centred planning.
- Deputise for the Registered Manager when required.
