We are looking for a Surface Restoration Technician / Spray Technician to join an experienced team delivering high-quality restoration and refinishing services to luxury residential properties, hotels, developments and commercial premises.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a practical background who takes pride in their work and wants to develop a specialist and highly valued trade skill.

The Role

No two days are the same. You could be working in a luxury apartment development in Central London one day and a prestigious hotel or high-end residential property the next.

You will specialise in restoring and refinishing surfaces such as baths, basins and shower trays, using professional preparation and specialist spray-finishing techniques.

You will be responsible for ensuring every job is completed to a consistently high standard while representing the company professionally at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites throughout Greater London and the Home Counties.

• Restore and refinish baths, basins, shower trays and other surfaces.

• Prepare surfaces carefully to achieve an excellent final finish.

• Apply specialist coatings using professional spray equipment.

• Protect surrounding areas and maintain excellent housekeeping standards.

• Complete work to exacting quality standards.

• Communicate professionally with customers and site contacts.

• Work independently while supporting the wider team.

• Maintain company equipment, tools and vehicle to a high standard.

• Follow company health, safety and quality procedures.

What We're Looking For

You don't necessarily need previous surface restoration experience — full specialist training will be provided for the right person.

We're looking for someone who is:

• In possession of a full UK driving licence.

Experience That Could Be Relevant

Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience in areas such as:

Spray painting / spray finishing

Vehicle refinishing

SMART repair

Bodyshop / automotive repair

Decorating

Coating application

Surface repair

Bath or bathroom restoration

Joinery finishing

Workshop or manufacturing environments

If you have practical skills, good attention to detail and the right attitude, we would still like to hear from you even if you have not worked in surface restoration before.
