About the Surface Treatment Operative role;

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Surface Treatment Operative to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of surface treatment duties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while following company procedures and health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities for the Surface Treatment Operative role;

• Carrying out surface preparation and treatment processes including shot peening and phosphating
• Preparing components and materials for treatment
• Operating and maintaining surface treatment equipment
• Ensuring work is completed accurately and to the required quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets

For the Surface Treatment Operative, the ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in surface treatment or a manufacturing environment
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
