Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Surfacing Supervisor to oversee a highways surfacing project in Lincoln. You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day surfacing operations, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Surfacing Supervisor

• Strong background in highways surfacing projects

• Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures

• Experience managing surfacing gangs and subcontractors

• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification

• CSCS Card and First Aid qualification preferred

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day surfacing operations

• Coordinate operatives, plant, and subcontractors

• Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification

• Monitor quality and progress of surfacing activities

• Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks

• Report progress and issues to the Site Manager/Project Manager

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
