Adult Social Worker Opportunities | Surrey Council | Up to £38.69 per Hour

Eden Brown Synergy is working in with Surrey Council and is currently recruiting experienced Adult Social Workers for several exciting locum opportunities, with rates of up to £38.69 per hour.

Up to £38.69 per hour

Join a multidisciplinary team supporting adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism. You will undertake strengths-based assessments, develop person-centred care plans, coordinate services, and promote independence while ensuring compliance with the Care Act 2014 and safeguarding legislation.

Key Requirements:

• Social Work qualification (BA/MA or equivalent)
• Current Social Work England (SWE) registration
• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs
• Sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act and safeguarding
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Up to £38.69 per hour

Work with older adults and individuals with physical disabilities, carrying out Care Act assessments, reviews and support planning. You'll work closely with health professionals, carers and partner agencies to deliver person-centred outcomes that maximise independence and wellbeing.

Key Requirements:

• Social Work qualification (BA/MA or equivalent)
• Current Social Work England (SWE) registration
• Experience within Adult Social Care, particularly Older People or Physical Disabilities teams
• Strong assessment, care planning and case management skills
• Knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and safeguarding procedures
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Up to £38.69 per hour

Be part of a specialist Mental Health team providing statutory social work support to adults with complex mental health needs. You will complete assessments, risk management plans, safeguarding enquiries and multidisciplinary working to achieve positive outcomes for service users.

Key Requirements:

• Social Work qualification (BA/MA or equivalent)
• Current Social Work England (SWE) registration
• Experience working within Adult Mental Health services
• Knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act
• Excellent communication, assessment and decision-making skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
