Surveyor

Our client, based in South Wales, is currently recruiting for a Surveyor on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly salary for the role is £40,607 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Housing sector, and be comfortable with different areas of Surveying.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing housing hazards and ensuring properties are WHQS complaints

• Investigating and reporting on complex damp and mould / disrepair cases

• Delivering property adaptations

• Carrying our property inspections including Stock Condition Surveys

• Overseeing major refurbishment projects

• Liaising with customers to provide updates on ongoing works

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experience working with customers within housing

• Experience in a Surveying discipline

• 37 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 8am - 4pm (Flexible on this)
