Sustainable Funding Business Partner

Our client is a growing UK charity providing specialist care and support services.

Due to continued growth, the organisation is seeking a Sustainable Funding Business Partner, based in Leatherhead.

Job Description

The Sustainable Funding Partner will support the financial sustainability of homes by reviewing existing fee structures, validating commissioned hours, and producing accurate costings. You will identify funding gaps and work collaboratively with internal teams and external funders to secure fair and sustainable fees.

Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting fee negotiations
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence with data tracking tools.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Clear, professional, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately
• Previous use of shared mailboxes and responding to internal/external queries
