TeamJobs are recruiting for a fluent Swedish-speaking Careline Advisor to join a busy customer care team supporting a well-known international food and nutrition brand.
This is a customer-focused role where you'll be the first point of contact for consumers across the Nordic market, helping with product queries, complaints and general support.
You'll be speaking with customers across different contact channels, taking ownership of their queries and making sure they receive a friendly, empathetic and professional service from start to finish.
What you'll be doing
Responding to customer queries and complaints in Swedish and English
Supporting consumers with questions relating to a range of food and nutrition products
Taking ownership of customer queries and following them through to resolution
Providing clear, helpful and empathetic responses across different communication channels
Recording accurate customer and case information on internal systems
Working closely with colleagues and specialist teams to resolve more complex queries
Following established customer care, quality and data protection processes
Working towards agreed customer satisfaction, quality, productivity and accuracy targets
Building your product knowledge through ongoing training and development
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and can communicate confidently and empathetically with a wide range of customers.
You'll need:
Fluent written and spoken Swedish
Strong written and spoken English
Previous customer service or customer care experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A calm, friendly and empathetic approach when dealing with customers
Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
The ability to take ownership of queries and see them through to completion
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong typing and computer skills
The flexibility to work different shifts when required
A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
Experience within the food, nutrition or consumer goods sector would be beneficial, as would previous CRM experience.
Working hours
The client-facing service operates Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm. However, the wider contracted hours are 8am-8pm, Monday to Sunday, so you will need to be comfortable working some evenings and weekends when required.
Training & development
You'll receive full training when you join, covering the products, systems, customer care processes and everything you need to get started confidently.
There is also ongoing training and development available, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and progress within the team as you build your experience.
