The Role

As Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving key business systems, supporting management reporting, and ensuring processes remain compliant and efficient.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain, develop, and support internal management systems
  • Produce and analyse management information and reports
  • Support process improvement initiatives across the business
  • Assist with compliance, audits, and quality management activities
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
  • Coordinate documentation and ensure records remain accurate
  • Support training and development activities relating to systems and processes
  • Assist with environmental, health & safety, and governance requirements
  • Liaise with departments to ensure business objectives are achieved
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and operational efficiency

 

What We're Looking For

 

  • Previous experience in a systems, administration, or process-focused role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organisational and analytical abilities
  • Experience producing reports and managing data
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of quality management, compliance, or ISO standards would be advantageous
