We're recruiting on behalf of an established organisation within the care sector that is investing heavily in its digital transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in implementing, optimising, and supporting a range of business-critical systems across multiple sites.
The Role Working closely with operational teams, senior stakeholders, and third-party suppliers, you'll help ensure that technology supports the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality care. You'll be involved in everything from analysing existing processes and gathering requirements to supporting new system implementations, user training, reporting, and ongoing system optimisation.
This is a varied position offering the opportunity to contribute to projects involving Electronic Care Records, workforce management, HR, compliance, and other operational systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
- Support the implementation and rollout of new business systems across multiple locations.
- Coordinate system testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Deliver user training and create clear, engaging documentation.
- Provide ongoing system support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Produce reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with GDPR and industry standards.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, external suppliers, and key stakeholders.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar.
- Strong understanding of business processes, system analysis, and data flows.
- Experience supporting or implementing enterprise systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Experience delivering user training and supporting system adoption.
- Experience within healthcare, social care, or another regulated environment.
- Knowledge of Electronic Care Records or workforce management systems.
- Understanding of GDPR, compliance, and information governance.
- Experience working on system implementation or digital transformation projects.
- Project management or ITIL qualifications would be advantageous.
- £50,000 - £55,000 salary, depending on experience.
