We are looking for an experienced Systems Integration Lead to join our growing team supporting the delivery of major projects in the Anglian Water region.
This is a key technical leadership position, responsible for the successful delivery and governance of Instrumentation, Control and Automation (ICA) and Systems Integration activities across a portfolio of projects. You will work closely with project teams, designers, systems integrators, suppliers and the client to ensure integrated control systems are developed, procured, tested and commissioned to the highest standards.
About you
We are seeking a proactive and technically strong engineering professional who can lead systems integration activities across large-scale infrastructure projects while maintaining a focus on quality, safety and client satisfaction.
You'll ideally have:
- A degree, HNC or HND in Electrical, Control Systems, Automation, or a related Engineering discipline.
- At least five years' experience within Systems Integration, ICA, Commissioning or a related management role.
- Strong knowledge of SCADA, telemetry, process control systems and industrial automation environments.
- Experience of Profibus, Fieldbus and fibre optic communication systems.
- Understanding of cyber security principles and their application within operational technology environments.
- Experience working within regulated utility, water, infrastructure or industrial sectors.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
