Contract: 1-month temporary assignment
Location: Plymouth, Devon
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Working Arrangement: Fully office-based

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a growing business in Plymouth who are looking to recruit two Temporary Systems Trainers to support the rollout of a new digital system across their field service engineering teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a significant digital transformation project, helping engineers build confidence and develop their understanding of a new platform that will be integral to their day-to-day work.

You will deliver clear, engaging and structured training to individuals and small groups, adapting your approach to suit different levels of technical knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Systems Trainer:

• Deliver clear and engaging system training to field service engineers
• Provide both 1-to-1 and small group training sessions
• Support engineers in navigating and using the new system confidently
• Adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and levels of technical understanding
• Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the transition period
• Identify and help resolve common user issues and queries
• Provide feedback to the project team on recurring challenges and areas where additional support may be required
• Ensure users feel confident and capable when using the new system independently

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience in training, coaching, teaching or supporting others in any capacity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence presenting information to both individuals and groups
• The ability to work effectively with people with varying levels of technical knowledge
• A strong ability to learn and understand new digital systems quickly
• A patient, approachable and supportive manner
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience within a field service, engineering or technical environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
