  • Pay: PAYE - £19.30/hour | Limited/Umbrella - £25.80/hour
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 35 hours/week (2 days in office)
  • Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to meet staffing needs and align with organisational strategies.
  • Source and screen candidates using advanced internet techniques and applicant tracking systems.
  • Manage the recruitment process, from initial telephone screening to onboarding, ensuring a seamless journey for all candidates.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with both active and passive candidates to promote our client as a top employer.
  • Lead small recruitment campaigns and contribute to departmental projects.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in both volume and specialist recruitment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes, including knowledge of employment legislation.
