Location:           Hybrid – Southampton, Hampshire

Hours:                37.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday)

Salary:                Up to £35,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

About the Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK financial services provider recognised as a Top Employer for its exceptional workplace culture and progressive employee benefits.

Joining their established internal talent team, the Talent Acquisition Advisor will deliver a high-quality, customer-focused, end-to-end recruitment service across multiple commercial business functions.

This hybrid position requires just one day per week in one of their regional hubs (with occasional monthly visits to other sites), alongside full flexibility for smart working around personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Coordinate full-lifecycle recruitment for specialist vacancies, from initial hiring manager briefs through to candidate offer and onboarding.
  • Direct Sourcing & Marketing: Utilise direct sourcing methods, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, and modern recruitment marketing techniques to build talent pipelines.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing expert guidance on talent attraction, candidate selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Supplier Relations: Maintain effective working relationships with preferred recruitment agencies and job board vendors.
  • Systems & Content Administration: Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS/CRM) and update careers site content to maintain an engaging employer brand.
  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance candidate journeys and incorporate innovative sourcing tools (including AI-driven recruitment technologies) into daily operations.

Key Skills & Background:

  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment (either in-house or agency background with direct sourcing expertise).
  • Social Media & Attraction: Strong skills in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and candidate engagement across social channels.
  • Systems Literacy: Experience using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and content management systems for careers pages.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence hiring managers across diverse corporate functions.
  • Adaptability: Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, AI technologies, and candidate journey optimisation.
