We are working with a highly respected client who are looking to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead on an interim basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior recruitment professional to take ownership of talent acquisition activity within an organisation where attracting exceptional people is central to delivering its wider mission.
The Role
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activity across a broad range of functions and levels
- Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment approaches
- Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals
- Provide expert advice on recruitment strategy, market conditions, sourcing and candidate attraction
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring-manager experience
- Develop innovative approaches to sourcing and attracting high-quality, diverse talent
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems and ways of working
About You
- Significant experience working in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally within a complex organisation.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and advising stakeholders on recruitment strategy.
- A strong understanding of contemporary sourcing and attraction techniques.
- Experience managing recruitment across a variety of professional and specialist roles.
- A track record of improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
