T3AM Global is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding global energy brokerage business operating across the UK, South Africa and the Middle East.

With over 200 employees and ambitious international growth plans, our client has recently launched a brand-new office in Cape Town and is now looking to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to support the next phase of its global expansion.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth organisation with a vibrant culture, modern working environment, and ambitious plans to continue scaling its international team.

A Talent Acquisition Manager is now required to join the Cape Town team, taking ownership of recruitment activity across multiple regions and business functions.

Working closely with senior leadership and hiring managers, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing high-quality talent to support the company's continued growth across three continents.

You will take responsibility for:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to onboarding

• Recruiting talent across South Africa, the UK and the UAE

• Hiring across a variety of functions including Sales, Management, Operations and Administration

• Building strong candidate pipelines to support current and future growth plans

• Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements

• Managing interviews, candidate engagement, offers and recruitment reporting

• Supporting the development of recruitment processes, employer branding and talent attraction strategies

It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:

• Previous recruitment experience within an internal Talent Acquisition team or recruitment agency

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously

• A proactive, organised and commercially focused approach

Other DESIRABLE skills include:

• Experience recruiting for UK-based companies

• Experience hiring internationally across different regions

• Previous experience recruiting within South Africa, the UK or UAE markets

• Experience within high-growth, sales-led or international organisations

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment platforms and sourcing tools

• Salary: £1,000 - £2,000 per month (R24,000 - R48,000)
