What are we looking for:
A new and exciting opportunity is available within our Talent Acquisition team as we look to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a permanent basis. This role will be primarily based in our Cumbernauld office; however, you’ll be working closely with internal stakeholders and have the opportunity to visit our other office locations across the UK as well. Some of your key duties will include:
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and work in partnership with them to understand their recruitment needs.
- Create, post, and manage recruitment vacancies across multiple channels, identifying the best approach to reach your market.
- Review incoming CVs and respond to all candidates within agreed timescales.
- Proactively source candidates through various attraction methods, utilising all available technology to identify key talent in the market.
- Shortlist CVs to conduct first line interviews before presenting to stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage the Talent Acquisition database.
- Plan and attend recruitment events.
- Assist with other tasks within the Talent Acquisition department as required.
- Travel to other facilities when required.
What do you need?

Key Experience:
- Prior experience of working in a similar recruitment role, either within an agency or an in-house division.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - you need to have the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Good computer skills primarily the use of Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Prior experience within the Engineering sector is advantageous, however, other backgrounds will also be considered.
