A growing, international organisation is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment across the UK and global markets. This is a newly created role, offering real autonomy to shape how talent is attracted, assessed and hired, while partnering closely with hiring managers and a collaborative HR team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing recruitment from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding
- Creating engaging job adverts and selecting effective attraction channels
- Proactively sourcing talent via LinkedIn, job boards, direct approaches, social media and specialist/international platforms
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting, using recruitment tech and AI tools where appropriate
- Coordinating interviews, advising managers and ensuring consistent selection decisions
- Managing offers, negotiations and pre-employment checks
- Building talent pipelines and using recruitment data to improve processes and performance
- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience (in-house preferred)
- Strong headhunting/sourcing capability and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Interest and confidence in recruitment technology/AI
- Organised, commercially aware and genuinely passionate about recruitment as a specialism
