Talent Manager – N2O

We are looking for an experienced, people-focused Talent Manager to lead a team of around five Talent Management Executives responsible for booking and managing promotional staff across roadshows, experiential campaigns and PR activity.

This is not an HR or traditional Talent Acquisition role. The focus is on operational team management, campaign staffing, contractor bookings and delivering client requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Management Executives.
  • Oversee campaign staffing and fulfilment, ensuring targets are achieved.
  • Prioritise and allocate workloads across the team.
  • Monitor booking activity, performance and quality standards.
  • Ensure the right promotional staff are booked for the right campaigns.
  • Work closely with Campaign Management teams on briefs, budgets and requirements.
  • Review contractor suitability and booking quality.
  • Support and coach contractors to improve performance.
  • Manage self-booking approvals and contractor suitability.
  • Work with Quality Assurance teams to address performance concerns.
  • Monitor team performance, attendance and development.
  • Manage team rotas and holiday planning.
  • Produce accurate performance reports and updates for senior management.
  • Identify and implement improvements to systems and processes.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, internal teams and contractors.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for N2O and our clients.

About You:

  • Experience managing and leading a team in an office-based environment is essential.
  • Experience in staffing, resourcing, bookings, workforce planning, recruitment operations or an agency environment is desirable.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring and people management skills.
  • Excellent organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Commercially minded with a target-driven approach.
  • Strong communication, customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can make decisions independently.
  • Adaptable, resilient and calm under pressure.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and delivering high standards.

Salary & Benefits:
