Your Impact

As an Outreach Teacher, you'll provide personalised 1:1 support to young people who are currently unable to access mainstream education.

You'll help learners rebuild confidence, re-engage with learning, and achieve goals they never thought possible.

What You'll Do

✔ Deliver engaging 1:1 learning sessions

✔ Adapt lessons to meet individual needs

✔ Support learners with SEND, SEMH, anxiety, and school avoidance

✔ Encourage confidence, resilience, and positive outcomes

✔ Teach in homes, libraries, and community venues
