Head of Department (Pathway Three)

Salary: Up to £57,699

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced education professional who is passionate about curriculum development and driving high teaching standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Lead the development, implementation and review of the curriculum.
• Manage, mentor and develop teaching staff, including ECTs.
• Monitor teaching and learning standards and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
• Work closely with therapists and wider professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes for pupils.
