Teacher of Geography

Academic Appointments Ltd is currently working with an East Leeds school to recruit a dedicated Geography Teacher. This is a full-time Geography Teacher placement and will run from September 2026 until December 2026 in the first instance, with the potential for a permanent offer for the right candidate.

The successful Geography Teacher will be teaching Geography up to and including A Level and will have responsibility for their own exam classes. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join a high-performing department and contribute to students' academic success.

Requirements:

• QTS or relevant teaching qualification
• Well qualified with an honours degree in a relevant subject
• 2 x references from educational establishments
• Evidence of an exemplary track record as a Geography Teacher
• A passion for success and quality teaching
• An Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service

Rate of pay is dependent on current grade, experience and payroll method.
