Brightstone Education Partners is recruiting for a Teacher of Geography on behalf of a successful and ambitious secondary school in Reading.

The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5
- Inspire students to develop a deeper understanding of the world around them
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and assess student progress effectively
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent outcomes for all learners
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, engagement, and achievement
The Ideal Candidate
The school is looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has a passion for Geography and education
- Can motivate and inspire students of all abilities
- Demonstrates excellent classroom practice
- Has strong communication and organisational skills
- Is committed to continuous professional development
- Shares a commitment to raising aspirations and improving outcomes for young people
