The successful candidate will teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to deliver Chemistry at A-Level depending on experience. The school is looking for an engaging classroom practitioner who can inspire students, promote scientific curiosity, and secure strong academic outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Have experience teaching Science at secondary level.
  • Be confident delivering engaging and challenging lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Have the ability to teach Chemistry at KS5 (desirable but not essential).
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
  • Be committed to achieving excellent outcomes for all learners.
  • Possess excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive department.
  • Be passionate about developing students' understanding and enjoyment of Science.
