Key Responsibilities

As a dedicated Teaching Assistant, you will support both the class teacher and pupils to achieve core learning goals:

• Targeted Interventions: Lead small-group and 1:1 booster sessions focusing on key maths concepts, phonics, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
• Classroom Management: Assist the teacher with daily lesson delivery, task preparation, and creating an organized learning atmosphere in Chester.
