As a Level 2 Nursery Teaching Assistant in Hemel Hempstead, you will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment where children can learn through play and exploration. Working alongside the class teacher and nursery team, you will support children's education and training, social development and emotional wellbeing while encouraging their curiosity and independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children with planned learning activities and free play
• Promoting communication, language and social development
• Assisting with observations and contributing to children's progress
• Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive and nurturing environment
• Supporting children with personal care where required
• Building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues

• Holds a Level 2 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
• Has a genuine passion for working with young children
• Is caring, patient and enthusiastic
• Can build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Can commute to Hemel Hempstead
• Is committed to helping every child reach their full potential
