You'll be working alongside experienced teachers and support staff, helping pupils get the most from their time in the classroom. What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils throughout the school day, both individually and in small groups
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning tasks
• Helping children stay engaged, motivated and confident
• Providing additional support to pupils who require extra guidance
• Encouraging positive behaviour and good learning habits
• Preparing classroom resources and assisting with day-to-day activities
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Helping create an inclusive and enjoyable classroom environment

We're Looking For

• Previous experience working within a primary school is essential
• A genuine passion for supporting children's education
• A patient, approachable and positive personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Someone who can build positive relationships with pupils
• A reliable and proactive approach to their work
• The ability to support children with different learning needs
