Hemel Hempstead | £465-£500 per week | Education and Training

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching team to provide high-quality support to children throughout their school day.

You will help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment while supporting children both academically and socially.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children with classroom activities and learning
• Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging activities
• Encouraging children's confidence, independence and social development
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required
• Supporting children's emotional wellbeing
• Helping maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Building strong relationships with children and staff
• Assisting with personal care where required
