September 2026 -  Recruiting for a dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistant to work with KS1 children in a mainstream class, with a particular focus supporting children that have Learning Difficulties and struggling with the school day. 

Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm (Term time only)

Teaching Assistant Role & Requirements:

  • Support teaching and learning with children in a KS1 classroom.
  • Provide targeted support to children with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, Speech & Language needs)
  • Assist in delivering engaging and differentiated activities.
  • Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Help the children develop confidence, independence, and social skills.
  • Experience & skills to work with KS1 children.
  • Understanding of SEN support strategies within a classroom.
  • A patient, proactive, and nurturing approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Happy to assist with personal care if needed.
  • L2/L3 Teaching Assistant/ Care or Send qualification.
