We are currently working in partnership with a range of highly supportive primary and secondary schools across Cheshire East, who are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their teams for the new academic year.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced TAs and individuals looking to begin or progress their career in education.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Working with pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Assisting with classroom preparation and behaviour management
• Encouraging positive learning behaviours and pupil progress
• Helping create a safe, inclusive and motivating learning environment

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children (school-based or transferable experience welcomed)
• Is enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable
• Has strong communication skills
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Holds a TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
